Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has donated twenty-five million naira, to Victims of Christmas day bombing at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Madala, Niger State.

The CBN Governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, said that the gesture was part of the Bank’s corporate responsibility to the Community.

According to him, the money will be used to take care of those who lost their loved ones in the explosion and to support reconstruction of the Church.

Responding, the Bishop of Minna Diocese, Most Reverend Mathaiah Zuzuku, commended the Central Bank Governor for taking time to visit the Church, to see the extent of damage.
