I am from Anegbette in Etsakor Central Local Government Area of Edo State. I was born to the Family of Mr and Mrs Kashim Ekpoki in Owerri, Imo State. I did my primary and secondary schools in Enugu State before I went to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State in 2002 where I graduated with an HND in Mass Communication in 2006.

Broadcasting had always been in me because I used to read aloud to myself at a tender age. It was a dream come true for me when I was posted to Radio Nigeria Precious FM Lafia in 2007 for my NYSC. I served with the station as a presenter and had to stay back for six months after my service year to get more experience on the job.

My journey into Radio Broadcasting started in 2003 when I was posted to Radio Nigeria Enugu National Station for my four (4) months Industrial Training. While I was on the Industrial Training, I used to go on official assignment with some reporters in the reportorial corps and I used to do some voice over.

I am a graduate of Nigeria Institute of Management, NIM. My hobbies are reading, watching football and listening to good music (foreign and local).
Presently, I am a presenter with Radio Nigeria Precious FM Lafia, Nasarawa State.
