The Immediate Past General Secretary of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, Reverend Ademola Ishola, has urged religious leaders to have the faith  that God is the only one that can make them succeed in their ministry.

He stated this while speaking in Akure, the Ondo State capital, at the first phase of 2012 Empowerment Seminar organised by the Ondo State Baptist Conference for Pastors.

According to him, Women, Money and Pride were  the major factors that caused the downfall of some Powerful Men of God that started well in the ministries.

He emphasised the need for focus, strict training and self control as some of the things contributing to the success of religious leaders.
